What are your treasures made of?

The basis of almost all my creations is wood. I love working with natural materials because they give each piece a unique character; no two grains are alike, just as no two creative processes are identical.

However, as I like to experiment and sometimes add other materials or special finishes, it's best to check the specifications of each product. There I detail exactly what each item is made of so you know exactly what you're taking home.

I want it now! How long until you send it?

I understand, the longing is real! But good things take time. I need between 24 and 48 hours to prepare your shipment with all the love in the world. Once Correos takes over, delivery times are usually 3-5 days for Spain and 7-12 for the EU. I promise it will be worth the wait!

Note: Some items in the store are a bit more "demanding" and require extra preparation time (or drying, or special pampering). Make sure to check the product description carefully before purchasing; if it's one of those that takes its time, you'll see it indicated right there.

What if what I'm getting doesn't resonate with me?

I understand, sometimes these things happen. According to our policy, you have 14 calendar days from when you receive your package to decide whether to keep it or if you prefer it to return to my studio.

However, for the "disenchantment" to be valid, there are some basic rules:

Impeccable condition: The product must be exactly as you received it. If it's a Grimoire, it cannot have a single letter written in it; if it's something from the Den, it must be unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns with coffee stains, wax residue, or strange "energies."

Personalized items are for you: If I have created something exclusive for you or custom-made to your specifications, it cannot be returned (unless it arrives broken, of course).

The return journey: The shipping costs for the return are your responsibility. Once I verify that everything is perfect, I will refund the product's amount.
